The brief
The client wanted to transform the venue into a more welcoming, visually distinctive and functional hospitality space under the new management. The brief was to redesign the entire interior, refresh the ambience, improve the customer experience, and create a balanced blend of classic English heritage charm with subtle Indo-inspired warmth and character.
Our approach
We approached the redesign by first understanding the venue’s original architectural charm and then building a concept that respected its heritage while introducing a fresh new identity. The interior space was reworked through thoughtful space planning, updated colour palettes, improved lighting design, better seating arrangements and curated art elements. We also considered the exterior presence, including signage, boards and outdoor seating, to ensure the venue felt cohesive, inviting and visually appealing from both inside and out.
The outcome
The redesigned venue now presents a renewed atmosphere that feels warm, characterful and memorable. The updated interiors support better functionality and flow, while the improved colours, lighting, seating and visual details elevate the overall customer experience. The outdoor seating and signage enhancements also strengthen the venue’s visibility and first impression, helping the new management establish a fresh and attractive hospitality destination.
