The brief
The client wanted to refresh and improve both the backyard and front garden areas. The main requirement was to clear the existing outdoor space, create a more functional and attractive garden layout, introduce a pergola for outdoor seating or relaxation, add a peaceful water feature, and elevate the entrance/front garden with carefully selected plants, stones and decorative elements.
Our approach
We started by clearing and reorganising the existing garden area to create a clean base for the new design. The backyard was redesigned with a more structured layout, including a pergola as a key outdoor feature and a water body/water pool to create a calm focal point. Decorative stones were laid to define the garden zones and create a neat, low-maintenance finish. Additional focal points were added to bring character and visual interest to the space. For the front garden, plants, artefacts and styling elements were thoughtfully placed to improve the first impression and enhance the overall kerb appeal of the home.
The outcome
The completed garden design created a refreshed and welcoming outdoor space with improved structure, beauty and usability. The backyard now feels more organised and inviting, with the pergola and water feature acting as strong visual highlights. The front garden was elevated with plants, stones and decorative artefacts, giving the property a more polished and attractive exterior look.
