RJ Design Hive (“we”, “us”) is a small design and digital studio based in the East of England, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us through this website.

When you contact us through the enquiry form we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you choose to provide one)
• The message and project details you send us

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts by default. If we ever add them in future, they will only load after you opt in via the cookie banner.

• To reply to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our studio, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Cookies and similar storage — only with your consent, other than what is strictly necessary for the site to work.

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous conversations. If a project goes ahead, we keep relevant records for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically 6 years).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio (for example, our email and hosting provider), and only to the extent needed to deliver our service. These providers are bound by appropriate contracts.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time (where we rely on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
