The brief

Replace a slow Shopify theme with a custom storefront — fast PDPs, smooth checkout, headless inventory.

Our approach

The old theme was slow and the team could not safely change it. We rebuilt the storefront on a modern stack with a clean component library, moved inventory to a headless setup, and reworked the product and checkout pages around how customers actually shop. Performance and clarity were treated as part of the brand, not a separate engineering task.
